Al Hamra Views occupies a coastal site of just over 43 hectares. Adjacency to Royal Palaces calls for a low-rise development of no more that G+6 storeys. Land use is predominantly residential, with a mix of villa sizes and a zone of apartment buildings. Residents will be supported by a strip of low-rise retail alongside an existing road parallel to the northern boundary, and some ground level retail and F&B in the apartment buildings.
 
The master planning strategy is centred on connected public green space and convenient walkability. The components of the master plan are complimentary to the wider context of the surrounding developments, which include commercial and larger scale retail. Provision is made for possible future connect to the Al Murjan Islands.
